Raw Material Pretreatment
When the structural design is completed, preprocessing of raw materials begins, including steel cutting, leveling, shearing, shot blasting and painting to ensure the quality and surface treatment of the materials.
Processing Production
The raw materials are processed into individual components of the crane. This includes precise cutting and welding using equipment such as CNC cutting equipment, semi-automatic cutting machines, CO2 gas shielded welding, submerged arc automatic welding, etc.
Assembly Quality Inspection
The processed components will be assembled according to the design requirements. This involves the assembly of metal structural parts such as main beams, end beams, platforms, ladder railings, and trolley frames, as well as the installation of machined parts, purchased parts, outsourced parts, and electrical components.
